Snowmass Mountain

Too massive to be explored in a single day, Snowmass demands repeat trips. And who wouldn't want to revisit over 3,000 acres of cruisers, steeps, terrain parks and halfpipes, splayed upon a Rocky Mountain massif with a vertical drop of 4,406 feet? With 23 lifts and 90 trails, Snowmass defies belief.

Equipment Rental: All our guests are invited to rent ahead of time over the web and save 20% at Snowmass Sports. The Silvertree Hotel has an exclusive Snowmass Sports ski shop on the third floor just for guests, only a few feet from the ski slope, which is also the complimentary ski valet location where guests can store their skis and boards. Wildwood Lodge has complimentary slopeside ski storage next to Snowmass Sports' Silvertree Shopping Plaza location, on the mall next to Fanny Hill.

What's new: The NEW eight-person Elk Camp Gondola makes quick work of the distance from the new base village to the top of Elk Camp Meadows in a mere 8.5 minutes. Combined with last season's new Village Express six-pack and Sky Cab gondola, the lift network at Snowmass promises to whisk you up the mountain almost as fast as you can come down!
