Silvertree Properties Announces New, Convenient Transportation Option for Meeting Planners Coming to Snowmass
Gray Line of Colorado now offers year-round motor coach service to Snowmass
Dec. 18, 2008, Snowmass, Colo., … Meeting planners across the country now have one more option for getting their groups to Snowmass this year. In November 2008, Gray Line of Colorado, the world’s largest sightseeing and tour operator, began operating year-round service to Snowmass via luxury motor coaches from Denver and Eagle, Colorado.
Amenities on 55-Passenger Motor Coaches include:
Window or aisle seating, guaranteed
On-board DVD systems
Professional PA systems
A climate controlled environment
Automatic chain system (simply push a button during inclement weather and chains will load around each wheel)
GPS tracking
On-board bathrooms
Ground transportation through Gray Line is also offered in smaller seating configurations including 15 or fewer passengers or 16-40 passengers. Depending on the number of guaranteed passengers, prices start for as little as $80 round-trip. Alternative pick-up points can also be arranged on chartered service.
The new Gray Line luxury service offers meeting planners a wonderful opportunity to begin your meeting “on the road.” Utilizing both the on-board DVD and PA systems on the full-sized luxury motor coaches, education can begin in a comfortable and controlled setting, surrounded by fabulous views of the Colorado Rockies.
Through May 31, 2009, scheduled service is also available on a daily basis for general seating from Denver International Airport (DIA), with advanced reservations required. Service is also available from Eagle County Airport (EGE).
