"I am thrilled to be able to bring my creative and culinary passions together at both Brother's Grille and the Village Steakhouse," said Chef Sirull, executive chef for The Silvertree Properties. "Working in one of the most beautiful resort locations in Colorado certainly inspires creativity, and I invite our guests to discover the delicious new 'slow cooking' menu items, hot out of our rotisserie oven."
